Presenter Bio:

Shreyansh Anand
Shreyansh Anand is the Co-Founder of Waive. An award-winning software developer, he created the company in early 2021 because of personal issues with accessing healthcare. Currently leads the technical team to build services that support hundreds of thousands of patients monthly, with a focus on product development and building solutions that save clinical staff & physician time. He holds a Master’s from Queen’s in Computing with a focus on AI and Genetics.
Presenter Bio:

Shane Teper
Dr. Shane Teper is a comprehensive care family physician in Brampton. His clinical work has included hospitalist, occupational, coroner, addiction, correctional and emergency medicine. As Chief Medical Officer at Waive he helps lead the team in the development of tools that facilitate the provision of high-quality care improving the health of patients, while optimizing the workflows of providers and decreasing administrative burden and risk. He also currently serves as board chair and lead physician at Queen Square Doctors and Family Health Team, Deputy Chief of Family and Community Medicine at William Osler Health System and Co-chair of the Central West Ontario Health Team
In his spare time, he enjoys family and friends, catching films and casting for the elusive Lake Trout.
