Presenter Bios:

Phil Daton
Phil is an experienced quality specialist with expertise in acute and primary care quality improvement. As a Family Health Team (FHT) Health Promoter and regional Digital Health Coach for a total of almost 10 years, Phil’s passion is supporting tangible practice improvements in the primary care sector. Now, as a Senior Quality Improvement Specialist and interim Quality Lead at Ontario Health, Phil supports provincial quality programs in the areas of patient safety and primary care quality.

Aiman Hameedi
A pharmacist by trade, Aiman Hameedi is Senior QI Specialist at the Clinical Institutes and Quality Programs at Ontario Health. Her role at Ontario Health supports a range of activities aimed at working with primary care clinicians, supporting the primary care sector with using data and implementing improvement initiatives to drive change and improve patient care.
