Dr. Neha Sadhotra is Assistant Professor of Marketing and Founding Chairperson of the MBA Healthcare Management program at NMIMS. A Ph.D. from IIM Lucknow, she specializes in healthcare marketing, patient experience, and digital health innovation. Her work focuses on how AI and digital technologies can improve care delivery, efficiency, and patient engagement. She has delivered executive education and consulting for organizations such as AstraZeneca, GSK, and ICICI Bank, with a focus on service excellence and digital transformation in healthcare.
