Routine patient calls for appointment bookings, confirmations, prescription renewals and general inquiries place significant demands on front-desk staff and can delay access to care. This session examines how AI-supported communication tools can automate many of these routine interactions while integrating with existing clinic scheduling systems and EMRs. Attendees will explore practical implementation lessons, the role of structured workflow orchestration alongside conversational AI, and early results demonstrating how automation can improve patient access while allowing clinic staff to focus on more complex requests
