Optimized practice: Creating time in your day (workshop)

Small changes can have a significant impact on practice efficiency. This interactive workshop introduces practical strategies to reduce administrative burden and identify opportunities to eliminate unnecessary work, standardize processes and optimize team-based care.

Led by an OntarioMD Peer Leader and Practice Enhancement Consultants, the workshop combines practical instruction, EMR-specific^* demonstrations and facilitated discussions. Through real-world examples and peer learning, attendees will examine proven approaches to reducing administrative tasks, streamlining workflows and maximizing the value of both their EMR and care team.

Participants will leave with practical, actionable ideas they can apply in their own clinics to improve efficiency, enhance the patient experience and support a more sustainable workday.
