Is AI the Answer?
In this session, attendees will receive an overall approach to assessing clinic pain points and implementing digital health and workflow solutions to create some capacity. The session will explore current digital tools with a focus on AI in particular highlighting important questions and factors to consider before adoption.

Presenter Bios:
Chandi Chandrasena, MD
Dr. Chandrasena joined OntarioMD (OMD) as its Chief Medical Officer (CMO) in 2021. She is a family physician practicing in Ottawa for almost 20 years and a former OMD Physician Peer Leader who has mentored many of her colleagues to use EMRs and digital health tools effectively to enhance patient care. As CMO, she provides clinical advice at provincial and national tables and clinician advisory groups and is instrumental in forging system-level partnerships.
