Novel Models of Care and Care Pathways to improve QOL for Patients and Physicians 

Jennifer O’Driscoll, MD

Dr. Jennifer O’Driscoll is a dedicated family medicine and emergency room physician with experience across various community hospitals throughout the GTA and its periphery, currently working at  Etobicoke General Hospital (EGH), Headwaters Healthcare Centre (HHCC) and Brantford General Hospital (BGH). 

Since 2021,  Jennifer has been an MD advisor with Rocket Doctor, playing a pivotal role with the other MD advisors in shaping the platform to enhance virtual care by connecting physicians and patients throughout Ontario and across Canada. In addition to providing strategic guidance,  Jennifer supports administrative staff and fellow physicians, ensuring a smooth, ongoing experience for all stakeholders. A passionate advocate for comprehensive healthcare, Jennifer is also actively involved in providing substance use services through Rocket Doctor, aiming to expand access to critical support for patients in need of their substance use needs and comprehensive family medicine.
