Improving Virtual Care – the Clinic Manager Perspective
At the end of this session, participants will learn about what office staff can do to facilitate virtual care for patients. They will know how to incorporate phone appointments vs. virtual calls and how to implement them into the practice workflow to maintain office efficiency. This session will also discuss equity when dealing with different patients and their care requirements.

Stephen Beckwith has over 16 years of experience in health care administration and is a Clinic Manager Peer Leader with OntarioMD.
Stephen has worked in several areas: emergency, specialty and primary care. He has also worked on the implementation of a variety of ministry initiatives and has a strong passion for efficiency in health care. Stephen is currently the Executive Director for the South East Toronto Family Health Team – a large, multi-site academic FHT that focuses on quality improvement.
