E-learning Series – Using Your Data for Quality Improvement in Primary Care
This session will introduce clinicians to a suite of e-learning modules designed to support quality improvement (QI) in primary care. Participants will learn how to access and apply these modules to enhance their understanding of QI concepts and practices. The session will explore how to leverage data—both from available sources and within electronic medical records (EMRs)—to drive meaningful improvements in patient outcomes. Clinicians will gain practical strategies for using their EMR systems to identify care gaps, monitor performance, and implement effective QI initiatives in their practices.
