At the end of this session, participants will know about ways to increase administration efficiency—from booking appointments to office flow. We will examine topics in depth, such as scheduling, and the benefits of using technology to improve overall communication.

Stephen Beckwith has over 16 years of experience in health care administration and is a Clinic Manager Peer Leader with OntarioMD.
Stephen has worked in several areas: emergency, specialty and primary care. He has also worked on the implementation of a variety of ministry initiatives and has a strong passion for efficiency in health care. Stephen is currently the Executive Director for the South East Toronto Family Health Team – a large, multi-site academic FHT that focuses on quality improvement.
