Presenter Bios:

Olivera Bosnic - Headshot

Olivera Bosnic

Olivera Bosnic is a Practice Enhancement Consultant with 20+ years of experience in adoption and optimization of the EMR and digital health technology in primary care practices across Ontario. Olivera also supports the i4C (Insights4Care) Advisory Program, assisting clinicians and their practices in achieving their quality improvement goals. Olivera has completed her Certificate in the IDEAS Foundations of Quality Improvement and as well a certificate in Quality and Safety from the Institute for Healthcare Improvement. Olivera is also involved with the QI modules series presented but University of Ottawa and lives in Oakville.


Jennifer Littlejohn - Headshot

Jennifer Littlejohn

Jennifer Littlejohn is a Practice Enhancement Consultant with the Insights for Care (i4C) Advisory Program at OntarioMD. Jennifer has been working in Healthcare for over 20 years and applies her deep knowledge of practice workflows, digital health technology and change management to support clinicians and their practices in achieving their population health and quality improvement goals. Jennifer has her Bachelor of Arts Degree and has completed her Certificate in Quality and Safety from the Institute of Healthcare Improvement. Jennifer has also been a presenter with university of Ottawa QI modules and she lives in Trent Hills, which is between Toronto and Ottawa.
