As CMO, she provides clinical advice at provincial and national tables and clinician advisory groups and is instrumental in forging system-level partnerships.\n\n\n\nPanelists:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRyan Banach, MD\n\n\n\nDr. Ryan Banach currently practices in a family health organization where he serves as the Lead physician and has previously worked as a fee-for-service physician and in a family health group. \n\n\n\nDr. Banach serves as the Early Career Supports Lead in the Office of Health System Partnership in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of Toronto, where he helps family physicians in their first 5 years navigate their practice of comprehensive family medicine. He is also an adjunct clinical lecturer and is passionate about practice management and frequently delivers presentations to residents to help them better understand the business side of medicine. \n\n\n\nDr. Banach is on the Section of General and Family Practice Tariff committee and is a Priority and Leadership Group delegate to OMA. He also presents seminars on billing, office efficiency, and career management to Ontario family physicians.
